Holistic Songwriting Academy Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction: These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") govern your participation in the Holistic Songwriting Academy ("HSA"). By registering to HSA, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility: HSA is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Minors may participate with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Access: By purchasing STORY, you will have lifetime access to the course content.

4. Coaching: You have 1 (one) personal 45min call with an HSA coach included in your purchase every month for the course of 12 calendar months. If you don't make use of your calls, they expire.

5. You do not have permission to share any of the content with third parties. If you wish to share content from HSA with third parties, you agree to request written permission. If permission is not granted, you will not share.

6. Termination: Holistic Songwriting may, in its sole discretion, terminate your participation in HSA if you breach any of the terms of this Agreement.

7. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be construed and governed in all respects by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without giving effect to principles of conflicts of law. The courts of the Federal Republic of Germany shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

8. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Holistic Songwriting with respect to HSA and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating HSA.

9. Modification: Holistic Songwriting may modify this Agreement at any time and will post the modified Agreement on the Holistic Songwriting website. Your continued participation in HSA after the effective date of any modification will be deemed to be your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
