These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the Songwriting Decks (“Product”) sold by Holistic Songwriting, shipped from Germany and the United States. By purchasing our Product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Product Description

The Songwriting Decks consist of 5 decks: Harmony, Melody, Lyrics, Groove, and Structure, totaling 216 cards. They are designed as a creative tool for songwriters and music creators.

2. Purchase and Payment

Payment is processed through ThriveCart, and includes PayPal and credit cards.

Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.

All prices are listed in USD and include any applicable taxes.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Products are shipped from Germany and the United States:

Germany/EU: via Happyshops, Schokholtzstraße 6, 06217 Merseburg

United States: via Quartermaster Logistics, 10963 Florida Crown Dr STE200, Orlando, FL 32824, USA

Shipping times:

Germany/EU: 3–7 business days

United States: 5–10 business days

International: 7–21 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services.

4. Returns & Refunds

If your Product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of receipt for a replacement.

Returns for non-defective items are accepted within 14 days of retrieval of the decks. Buyer pays return shipping.

Returned items must be in original, unused condition.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned Product is received and inspected.

5. Bulk Orders & Resellers

Bulk orders are welcome.

6. Intellectual Property & Usage

All decks, text, graphics, and exercises are © Holistic Songwriting.

The cards are for personal and creative use only.

You may play, perform, or record music inspired by the cards, but may not reproduce, sell, or distribute the cards themselves.

Commercial use of music created with the decks is permitted, but the decks themselves remain the intellectual property of Holistic Songwriting.

7. Disclaimer

The decks are intended for creative inspiration only.

Holistic Songwriting is not responsible for any outcomes, damages, or losses resulting from use of the decks.

Colors, designs, or illustrations may vary slightly from product images.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Holistic Songwriting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product.

Our liability for direct damages is limited to the purchase price of the Product.

9. Governing Law

Purchases made in Germany/EU are governed by German law and applicable EU consumer protection regulations.

Purchases made in the US are governed by the laws of [Your State], USA.

Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
